Q. How long will the installation take?​

A. That's a complicated question due to hotel sizes and if it's a new or existing property. Typically for an 85 to 120 room hotel it's 3-4 days initially and then 2 to 3 days at opening. Expect a couple extra days for an existing property.

Q. We need to pass inspection, do you have a solution to get us dial tone early for elevators and Fire Alarms?

A. Yes, we can come in early and put an Adtran in to resolve this issue.

Q. Has your company ever installed a telephone system at a dual property hotel? 

A. Yes, we have installed several dual property hotels.

Q. To save some money can we install the room phones on our own?

A. Yes. Just make sure to pay attention to the room numbers on the phones and match them with the correct room.
